Parenting adolescents can be both rewarding and challenging, especially as kids and teens navigate the pressures of school, friendships, identity, and mental health.
Join us for an evening with experienced mental health professionals as we explore how to foster resilience and emotional strength in our kids. This conversation will offer practical insight into adolescent mental health, helpful tools for supporting your child, and an open space for parents to ask questions about the challenges they are seeing at home.
Whether you’re looking for guidance, reassurance, or simply a better understanding of what kids and teens are facing today, this evening is designed to equip and encourage parents in an important season of parenting. Led by Mental Health Professionals from Navesink Counseling Associates.
Parents AND grandparents are invited to attend. Registration is required.
