The Feast

Several times a year, Tower Hill volunteers prepare and serve a Sunday dinner at The Feast, a community dinner open to all, especially the homeless and vulnerable, at First Baptist Church in Red Bank.

Our next scheduled dinners are June 8, September 7 and October 19.

In addition, First Baptist Church also serves meals on Mondays.  They are looking to have a few frozen meals on hand for these Monday dinners, a tray of frozen lasagna, ziti, or any other meal which can easily be frozen and reheated for when they really need it.  Is this up your alley?  Would you like to prepare a tray of food for the Monday dinners at First Baptist?

If you are interested in either - Sunday or Monday dinners - please contact Carol Moser for more information.

LunchBreak Prom Event

Thank you Tower Hill for helping this year's prom event be so successful! What happy shoppers we had!

A Letnen Journey

A wonderful time was had at the Lenten Journey Event led by our intern Meg and Traditional Music Director Fiona. Participants went on an exploration of feelings in Lent through song, scripture & activities!

REQUIEM CONCERT

The beautiful voices of The Shrewsbury Choral and members of the Brick Memorial High School Alumni Choir came together for this amazing concert enjoyed by many here at Tower Hill.

Miss it? You can catch them on Memorial Day at Carnegie Hall!

Women's Ministries Spring Gathering

What a wonderful morning for Easter devotion and fellowship Tower Hill women experienced Saturday! After some fellowship and food, we started with live music from Anya Angeloni, enjoyed a devotion about the Women at the Tomb with our own Lindsey Larkin, and finished with small group discussions that let us dig deeper into the important roles these faithful women have in the Resurrection Story. What a fantastic morning!

Slice of Faith Enjoying Pizza & Fellowship!

Sylvia’s Children is a 501(c)3 organization that supports a school in Uganda, Africa with 1,000 students, of whom 25% are orphans. Our church has supported this organization for about six years with some of our congregation even going on a Mission trip to visit and help at the school in 2019.

In November the organization found out that at least 50% of the students did not have anything to eat for lunch! The parents are poor and determined to give their children a decent education but have no money for food after the tuition is paid. As a result, every child now gets a hot lunch every day plus two hard-boiled eggs a week. The cost of this endeavor is $30,000. While this term is paid for, Sylvia's Children is asking for help to pay for the second term, which starts mid-May. Please consider helping Sylvia’s Children get the next $30,000.

Any amount you can donate would be gratefully received … these children go for 9-10 hours (from breakfast to dinner) with nothing to eat.  If interested and able, please  go to Sylvia’s Children’s  website and donate via PayPal or just go to PayPal and type in Sylvia’s Children.

If you would like more information about Sylvia’s Children or would be interested in going on the next trip to Uganda in November, please reach out to Carol Moser.
